8:30 am: Meet at Heathrow Airport (T3), transfer to Rugby School.
1:00 pm: Lunch at Collingwood Centre & accommodation check-in.
3:00 pm: Training session with HKFC coaches.
6:30 pm: Dinner at Collingwood Centre.
SCHEDULE
8:30 am: Meet at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.
9:00 am: Private coach transfer to Rugby School.
1:00 pm: Lunch at Collingwood Centre followed by accommodation check-in.
3:00 pm: Afternoon training session with HKFC coaches on campus.
6:30 pm: Dinner at Collingwood Centre.
Evening: Settle in and team welcome briefing.

Discover Oxford from the Best Seat in Town
Arriving at the iconic St Giles Church (Stop 19), we will board the open-top bus for a scenic route of the city.
The full tour offers a relaxing ride past Oxford’s world famous colleges, historic landmarks, and charming streets - all brought to life through onboard commentary.

After the loop, we’ll hop off in the city centre for lunch, exploration, and souvenirs before regrouping for the afternoon match vs. Oxford City FC.

Where are we staying?
You’ll be staying at Rugby School, a prestigious independent school that have been partnered with for many years. The staff are familiar with our tours, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Is transportation provided for all tour activities?
Yes, buses are provided for all tour activities, including training, matches, and sightseeing.

Free time for sightseeing or shopping?
Yes, there will be plenty of time for sightseeing and shopping. We also have recommendations for things to do in Rugby and Oxford, but if you still need suggestions, feel free to ask us!

Are all activities mandatory?
For activities that require booking tickets, we need to know well in advance. If you choose to opt out of matches or training sessions, that's fine - just keep us updated.

Is a laundry service available for kits?
Yes, Rugby School offers a laundry service. We will provide more information during check in.

Any extra costs we should plan for?
Yes, there will be group excursions where we will self-cater meals, as well as opportunities to purchase souvenirs or visit megastores at football stadiums.
